Drink This Before The Disc Golf Round

Throw these into a blender:

  • 1/4 to 1/3 of a container of blueberries
  • 1 container of plain or vanilla lowfat yogurt
  • 2 – 4 tablespoons of raw oatmeal
  • 1 – 2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter
  • 1 scoop vanilla (or whatever) flavored protein powder
  • hand fulla strawberries
  • ice – that kind you get from 7 – 11

Blend until smooth and frozen. How much ice is up to you. maybe start with 2 handfuls of that convenience store bagged ice. Get a real blender – its worth the cash. Its quick to make and easy to drink on the way to the disc golf course for that early morning round.

This smoothie is chock fulla antioxidants and will help you survive 20+ holes of disc golf in South Florida without slowing you down.
